Before we speak

Is this a CRM or a migration tool?

It compares selected fields in two CSV exports. It does not move records, update your CRM or replace its workflows. The destination must retain the source record IDs for reliable matching.

Can I upload files here?

This site does not accept CRM uploads. Data authority, secure transfer, storage, retention and review must be agreed separately before a real-data pilot.

Can I try the checker first?

Yes. Download the free local evaluation and start with the fictional sample. It requires Python 3.10 or later. The paid offer adds agreed scope and human review; there is no checkout on this site.

What if my project is larger?

We can discuss an agreed subset or a separately costed scope. The £395 pilot does not include unlimited records, objects, fields, investigation or reruns.

Privacy and handling

Workspace notes, pilot plans, calculator inputs and enquiry text stay in the current browser tab. The site code does not submit them to a server or save them in browser storage. Navigation or reloading may clear them; use the available downloads if you want a copy. The optional animation preference is stored locally in your browser.

Opening an email draft transfers the text to your email app. Copying uses your clipboard; downloading saves a text file on your device. Sending is a separate action you control. Do not include CRM files, customer records, passwords or sensitive personal information.

If you send an enquiry, Serhat uses the contact details and outline to assess and respond to your request through the business mailbox. Your email and our mailbox providers process that correspondence. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry.

Recognised campaign codes may be carried between site pages and included in an enquiry draft so we can understand which material prompted it. They contain no visitor identifier and are not stored by site code. No analytics, advertising trackers or third-party media have been added. The hosting provider may process technical logs and authentication cookies. Customer-work terms and retention are agreed separately before files are shared.
