For CRM implementation agencies

CRM migration checks.
Before you hand over.

Compare source and destination CSV exports before your client accepts a migration. Give your delivery team a focused list of discrepancies to investigate and evidence of what was checked.

Software-assisted comparison, reviewed by Serhat Dereli. Start with one object or agreed subset.

When this is useful

A defined check at a real decision point.

A reviewable handover

Clear inputs.
Useful evidence.

A managed comparison complements your migration process. Your team retains ownership of corrections, acceptance and the wider migration.

01 / Agree

A bounded comparison brief

Confirm the object or subset, export scope, record IDs, up to five fields and the rules for accepted transformations before work starts.

02 / Review

Exceptions with a trace

Software compares the supplied exports. Serhat reviews the output against the agreed rules, with record IDs and source evidence for investigation.

03 / Recheck

Coverage and one rerun

Receive the report, limitations and a handover. One rerun checks revised exports against the same agreed scope and rules.

Start small, measure value

An indicative £395 reviewed pilot.

One object or agreed subset. Up to 5,000 records in each export, five comparison fields and one scoped rerun.

A written quote confirms the scope, total payable including any applicable tax, delivery arrangements and availability before acceptance.

Check your project’s fit

Bring to the scope conversation

  • Source and destination CRM, with a CSV export from each.
  • Unique source IDs retained in the destination export.
  • The fields and transformations that matter to the handover.
  • A delivery owner who can resolve rules and review findings.
  • Authority to use the data and agreed handling arrangements.

Send project details only when enquiring. Do not email CRM records, passwords or access tokens.

An additional review route for your team

Scope one check.
Assess the partnership fit.

Explore an extra reconciliation review around your existing delivery process. Your team owns the client relationship, corrections and final acceptance.

01

Test the workflow internally

Run the free local evaluation on the fictional example, then an authorised subset. Decide whether retained IDs and selected field rules fit your projects.

02

Discuss overflow or a second review

Bring a defined reconciliation task, planned handover date and named reviewer. We will assess scope and availability before any commitment.

03

Assess repeat work after a pilot

Use the first engagement to measure effort, report usefulness and handover fit. Further projects need their own scope, price and capacity agreement.

Before you decide

Know the boundaries.

Does this migrate or repair the CRM?

No. The service compares supplied exports within an agreed scope. It does not move data, change records or automatically resolve findings.

Can you check any CRM platform?

The current approach works from suitable CSV exports, not a live CRM integration. Feasibility depends on retained unique IDs, available fields and agreed rules. Share the proposed structure during scoping.

What if our source IDs were not retained?

The current comparison approach requires unique source IDs to be retained in the destination. A different matching approach would need assessment; the standard pilot is not automatically suitable.

Does a clean report certify the migration?

No. A report covers the supplied exports, selected fields and agreed rules. It does not verify every field, attachment, permission, automation, relationship or other part of the CRM.

What happens to customer data?

Authority, transfer method, storage, access, retention and deletion arrangements must be agreed before data is transferred. This website does not accept CRM uploads. Read the current privacy and handling information.
